  After enduring several months with a shoulder issue that was painful and limited its mobility and use, I decided to attend Karen’s free shoulder workshop. Karen’s experience and knowledge convinced me she could identify the problem with my shoulder and help get it back to normal. After about ten sessions over the course of two months involving manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, I am thrilled that I again am able to use my shoulder without pain. I obviously made the right decision in having Karen address my shoulder issue and I highly recommend her.
